2. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees for Monthly and Annual plans are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur.
- App Store / Play Store: If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all refund requests must be processed through their respective platforms according to their refund policies.
- Direct Purchases: For any direct purchases (if applicable), refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial transaction and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Lifetime Purchase
Lifetime purchases provide permanent access to Blaze Feeds features. Due to the nature of this digital product, lifetime purchases are non-refundable once the purchase is completed, except where required by local consumer protection laws.
4. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical difficulties that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team. We are committed to resolving any issues you may have. If we are unable to resolve a major technical issue that renders the app unusable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
